I'm kind of at my wits end here.

I started out gradually being superhero and it was all good, then I fell off the wagon, have been back on for about 5 months and have had physical problem after problem.... Headaches, constant fatigue, was diagnosed with bursitis, neck pains, trouble swallowing.

These problems haven't happened all at once it's been gradual but every time I go to the Doctor they never say anything is horribly wrong.....but I just feel wrong!

I'm so frustrated and so tired of feeling worse. Superhero is supposed to cure these kinds of pains but it's not working for me.

Please anyone who has any advise or possibly has gone thru something similar, please respond

hey sorry to hear your going through all that.. i no once people start superhero they go through all different kinds of detox from what was left in your body before.. after i went vegan and a actually healthy vegan borderline superhero, my skin broke out like crazy and ive never had a pimple in my life and it was horrible and i was blaming the superhero diet too and its really just my hormones, and if anything im doing better stuff to my body now without all the hormones in meat and dairy but its just my body, and ive developed allergies to milk (this was wen i was still having a cheat pizza every now and then) and penicillin and never had anything like that and the doctors figured since im not eating all junk now and feel better with how my body feels that i can actually feel if something doesn't agree with me it isn't just covered up as being a stomach ache or something.. so id say keep trying its your body telling you something, i also would look at what your eating exaclty if your getting enough vitamins a simple low iron level can do alot! goodluck

I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling good right now. I would suggest listing again what exactly you are eating. I can relate to you because right now, I am going through a horrible time with one of my teeth - I even have to take antibiotics which makes me weak and miserable. I used to be terrible with any kind of new foods so I introduced every new item slowly and carefully. When I finally read "the kind diet" (after being an almost-vegan for 5 years), I was at a level of tolarating any new superfood that went through me. It probably takes time with you, too. Try to go back to certain superhero comfort foods. I also find that the "French way" (my grandma was French ;) ) of eating foods separetely can sometimes help. My gran swore by eating cold and hot foods separately. Anyhow: Don't give up on being a superhero. This is too important to miss!!

Don't be discourage yet. When I first went vegan I was invincible, but then my skin broke put and I was constantly tired. I kept think king maybe I need animal protein, maybe this diet is too extreme. It turns out I was b12 deficient. Once I boosted up my supplementation of b12 and paid close attention to make sure I was being a well balanced vegan (and not just a 'convenience vegan') I improved dramatically. Try it, go to your doctor and get a work up to see if you need b12. Hope it helps :)

u might have developed a sinsitivety to a certain food your eating. I can't eat soy anymore i get migranes but miso (which is soy) doesn't give me migranes but it makes my joints real sore and stiff. If you'v delelped an alergy to milk it's likely u sensitive to other foods as well. My food allergies started with milk then progressed to meat then soy then garlic. I've been good with my food for a couple of yrs now and lost 40 lbs and felt great but now i can feel that theres something wrong again. So i've been having to eliminate certain foods again to try to figure out what is effecting me.
