Howdy! I'd like to say I'm flirting with being vegan, but the truth is that I'm horribly waffling. One day I'll be on track and the next day, I'm at the drive through. My work did a 28 day fitness challenge based on the book "The Engine 2 Diet". I did great for the 28 days and then fell off the wagon. Hard. I don't really feel like I have family support for this change, but yet I need to change. I'm 40 - very overweight - and it's not going down. I lost 7 pounds while doing the E2 diet and so I feel like that's the direction I need to head. And the more I read about the meat industry, the more disgusted I get. Yet I can't seem to stop. So, here I am, looking for support, kind words and good recipes...
