I'd love to hear some success stories on how veganism has gotten rid of cellulite.

Ive found my cellulite drastically reduced when I went vegan along with my weight loss. Went from a size 9/10 to a size 2/4. Im 4"9' so the extra weight was a considerable amount on me. The lumps, bumps and dimples I used to have are considerably less. I no longer feel I have to wear a cover up at the pool. Im 39 years old the only excersise I do is light walking. Hate excercise :) So definately think its the vegan diet. My diet consists of lots of all organic fruits and veggie smoothies and juices and low fat cooked vegan diet. Hope this helps. :)

Veganism won't cut down your cellulite.
Creating more muscle toning throughout your body will.
Swimming regularly has cut down my cellulite. Eating less junk food and sweets, obviously.

Any type of strengthening or toning exercise will eventually cut down your cellulite.
You have to understand that cellulite is just fat cells that are very swollen and press against each other to create those unattractive bumps and ridges.

If you are not overweight when you become a vegan and don't shed weight naturally then you need to amp it up with your workouts.
First what I do to lose weight is run 3/4 times a week to shed off excess fat, then I continue running but spend the next couple weeks going to fitness classes at my gym that involve strengthening, or I do weights on my own.

There are no loop holes or creams that truly work permanently. If its such a big concern this is the best way. If someone told me they bought a 50 dollar cream and it worked I wouldn't buy it. Exercise and controlling what I eat have way more benefits.

The only thing I noticed that helped (other than exercise) is when I did a 10 day juice fast. I didn't think it would work, but it was easier than I thought and definitely worked to cut down mine by half! I lost 10 lbs in those 10 days, and have kept it off! I am getting ready to do it again!
