I had a friend come up to me that she has a farmer in my area that raises meat and kills the animal himself in a humain way. Knowing that she is not eating meat from an animal that has had a horrible life but free and then quickly put down- her conscience is clear. In nature there is an order to meat eaters and non meat eaters, as human's we are meat eaters. She asked me then why would I give up meat if the violence was taken out of the situation.

For me, it's also health related to become Vegan...she does however bring up a different point of view that I would want to get your thoughts on Vegan Nun
