What's the deal with Hydroxypropyltrimonium Honey?

Hi everyone!


I read about MOP hair products on this website some weeks ago. I bought a shampoo and a conditioner which I really like. Therefore, I would also like to try a moisture treatment. Since I don't want to use silicons, I was thinking about ordering the Extreme Moisture Treatment from the core range. However, it contains Hydroxypropyltrimonium Honey. Does anyone know any details about it? I checked several websites and it looks to me as if it is made from natural honey (which would not make the hair treatment vegan), but I am not fully sure. I would appreciate your kind help very much.
