Hi Everyone!

I just updated my All Natural Cosmetics Guide today. Check it out here: http://heallovebe.wordpress.com/2012/02/06/all-natural-cosmetics-guide/

And if you have any suggestions for me, I would love to hear them!

This is terrific! I started cleaning up my routine last week and so far I've replaced toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, and body lotion. I still have a ways to go, and your guide will help me a lot! I'm making notes. :)

I started using Juice Beauty Skincare in May 2012. I purchased the stem cell repair and green apple age defying kit at a whopping price of $315.00. I have had acne ever since. I am 60 years old(will be 61 in August). When I was going through puberty many moons ago, I did not have acne like this. Obviously I am having some sort of serious skin reaction to something in their facial products. I finally quit using the products a few days ago and went back to my previous products. The acne is trying to heal. Do you have any suggestions to help the healing process along, and to avoid anything like this in the future? It is quite embarrassing to be 60 years old with constant acne. And contacting the Juice Beauty company is a joke. Talk about lack of customer service. 2 emails from me to them and absolutely no response. So take it from me, the higher the price the better the product is totally false. So please give me some advice for my acne solution.
Thank you

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles,Julie. It's no fun having acne,I'm 29 and I still get a bit fed up with having acne at times.
First of all, what is your skin type like? Oily and acne prone? Dry? Sensitive? That's the starting point for you.I've used a lot of various oils, right now I am using Jojoba Oil which is very gentle,Argan is better for drier skin,as is Coconut oil.I would say just stick to a few basic products instead of a full out system that is likely to irritate your skin.Talk a a good cosmetics/skin care person at your organic store and throughly explain your issue with them. The right one will help you out and really listen to you.
Take care! Be patient and loving with yourself!

Hello Tajna... just checked out your site, very nice, very honest. I wanted to add WEN to your hair care, the pomegranate cleansing conditioner is vegan. I use Tammy Fender skin care, it is expensive, but worth every extra penny. I am also trying Marie Veroniques right now (the tinted sunscreen, after sun spray, and sun protective oil). Will keep you posted on how they work :) I also use bareminerals make up and Josie Maran for body oils, soaps, and lotions and I love her BOGO mascara. Will give the Jason deodorant a try... it is difficult here in Florida to find something that works... I train horses by trade, am in nursing school and getting ready to start working 12 hr shifts in the hospital next week, so I really need something effective. Thanks for all the info... Megan

Try Celadon Road. All organic products, nearly all are Vegan Friendly (a few have sustainably harvested beeswax), and are completely chemical free! www.myceladonroad.com/adenniston to learn about the wonderful products.
