Any tips for shedding those last 10+ pounds of baby weight? I had a baby boy a little over 4 months ago and I've been at a weight loss standstill for just about 4 months. I'm still breastfeeding too. Any advice etc would be great!
I walked and walked and walked. I was super fit before I fell preggers and worked out the whole way through. I then couldn't drive for 6 weeks after having a c-section. It is hard when you are breast feeding because it's not like you can "diet", you have to eat. I lost mine pretty quickly, but all I did was walk until I got my 6 week clearance from my doctor, then I excercised at the gym again, I still had to take it super easy because I didn't want to tear my scar. I am preggers again and I am running for 30 sec, walking for 30 sec and doing that for 15 mins. Interval training rocks. Also, if you have an iphone, check out the Nike Training App, I discovered it months ago and it rocks out!
