Cholesterol Levels

Just wondering where most vegans are at for their cholesterol levels. I have been vegan for a bit over 2 months and recently had my lipids checked.
My Total Cholesterol is 94
HDL - 31
LDL - 58
Triglycerides - 25
I am somewhat concerned over my HDL being under 40, however when I calculate my ratios, they are all optimal. Please post your numbers if you know them!! I don't know if I should be concerned or not about that one number. I also had my mirena removed about a month ago and it is possible that the progestins affected the number. What I read about it progestins can lower HDL levels. Also, I eat nuts for snacks, I probably have a peanut butter sandwich daily, and eat a couple tablespoons ground flax on my cereal in the morning. If anyone has any insight, I would really appreciate it!!
I was at a very healthy weight when I was 20 and non vegan and very slim I had a
total cholesterol 210 HDL 80 LDL 130 ,
which I was told was good because my HDL was so high.
Now, after 1 year of being vegan and 10+ yrs of obesity due to thyroid problems I am still obese but
my cholestrol is 166 total HDL 57 LDL 109.
WAY BETTER Than when I was skinny skinny and a animal eater! I was soooo happy with this it confirmed to me even though I am obese and I do try to lose it but I haven't been able to I know the vegan lifestyle is still extremely good for my health. I was so scared my Cholesterol would be through the roof I never imagined it would be better. Now if only I could literally lose 50-60 lbs I would be on top of the world.
