Booty Drop 2?

I saw a post that was started in 2010 about helping each other to lose weight and it was named Booty Drop to help others drop that last weight that they'd been working on. It was about 38 pages long - very successful - so I thought I'd see if anyone was interested in helping motivate each other. I've been vegan for more than 2 years now, but have gotten in a rut of vegan junk food - fake meat, bread that's not made w/ whole grains, fake cheese (and sour cream & cream cheese), and - the love of my vegan food life - Veganaisse!

I've always been somewhat active, but really slacked over the winter and got up to almost 150 lbs, which is considered overweight for someone who's 5'3" - plus, I just didn't feel good about myself. I started training for a 7K and am down to 140 lbs, but would like to lose another 5-10lbs more.

I've been eating a whole grain cereal with soy milk and a banana for breakfast, salad w/ lots of veggies, some sunflower seeds, and an asian sesame dressing for lunch, veggies or fruit for a snack, and then whatever I want for dinner (which is where the junk food tends to be).

I'm up for any suggestions or helpful hints. I am going to re-read TKL to refocus and maybe try some superhero recipes. And I'd like to wein myself off the processed foods.

Anyway, sorry for being so long winded, but I just wanted to see if anyone else would be interested in keeping motivation up for themselves and others by posting in this thread.

I would!! I am spinning in circles trying to figure out what to do: vegan/vegan-low fat/ whole foods / macro...it's all similar but slightly different and I'm such a black and white thinker that I get too obsessed I think. I also love the junk food and sugar, but I can be pretty healthy when I want to be. If you still want to do a page, I'm interested!
