Crocadile crunch sauce - making in advance?

I LOVE crocadile crunch but am sometimes a little pressed for time in the mornings....wondering if the spirulina sauce can be made in advance either the night before or a big batch at the begining of the week? Would it keep well in the fridge? Anyone done any experimenting with this?
