I have fibromyalgia and my naturopath said I should probably stop eating all dairy and gluten for a few months and see how my symptoms are. I've been a vegetarian for 4 years and have wanted to go vegan so this was the extra push I needed.

I've been vegan for about 8 days now and am getting awful diahrrea, it used to be green as well but is now back to brown (I know, disgusting, I'm sorry). After browsing around I've seen that many people recommened soluble fibres but most of those are things like bread and such. I have been eating gluten free bread, bars, ect but not that much. Can anyone recommened something?! I know my body might also be detoxing but this is driving me crazy!! Aside from the diahrrea I feel so great!!

Have you tried brown rice and oats. For myself, I've found them to be a better source of fibre than gluten based products. I digest them easier and they regulate my blood sugar.
