I am not sure if you remember me which I am sure you don't but I met you at Cal-a Vie years and years ago. Hope you are doing well. I am a chef now and I have been reading your site a lot lately. I actually cook for Debbie Reynolds which I am sure you know who she is. I also am a huge advocate for animals so that is how I first starting reading your site.

I would be interested in talking to you or e-mail because I would love to get more into the vegan cooking of things so I could be well versed in all areas. I don't know a lot about all the different things you can do with vegan style cooking and that is why I thought you were the perfect person to ask.

I love all that you are doing and I think it is very KIND!! =)
