Hey new to this but I am wondering alot of my friends think this lifestyle is unhealthy and that I wont be getting enough Iron, Protein, Calcium etc. Do I need to take supplents like vitamin tablets etc.. Id appreciate if anyone has advice for me and also tips for being new to this lifestyle.. thanks
Hi Rachael .... you should try and read The Kind Diet if you haven't as it's a great way to get started, that's what answered all of my questions or just google and read as much as you can .... good luck! Kirsty
