Unable 2 Add My Name 2 Profile

I need assistance from (ADMIN) to reset my profile page so I can at least add my first name to my profile page... (THANKS)

Hi !

To change how your name appears, simply Wear a Mask. To do so, visit your Profile and click Edit My Profile. Under Site Preferences click Wear a Mask. Enter however you wish your name to read and click Save, and you are all set.
