when i google vegan restaurants in colorado springs, i come up with this site that gives me a percentage next to a restaurant name. so i guessing for example its like "80%" vegan menu. and so on. just curious if any one in my area has actually ordered anything, and where you went. i guess i can always call these places, but idk...what a lot of work just to find out. i wish colorado springs (known for good health, but idk why) had more variety. i was watching someting on youtube a channel called organic blood.....they were in cali, and there was an amazing looking fast food place almost 100% vegan...how awesome. i want something like that! :/
Poor Richards downtown Colorado Springs is good, off of tejon or bijou. Also I like Garbanzos. I am a vegetarian, not yet a vegan, one of the hardest things is the whole eating out with friends and finding vegan dishes other than a salad! If you find something, let me know!
