Hello friends, I have been vegetarian for almost my entire life but recently cut out dairy as well (although I am still eating eggs). I have been dealing with a host of health problems and while it's an ongoing challenge, I've found that avoiding dairy makes my chronic headaches and chronic sinusitis better. I've enjoyed reading this site for recipe and lifestyle tips and decided to join. I wanted to ask if anyone out there had struggled with eating disorders and how to balance the nourishing focus on healthier eating with the unhealthy restriction and good/bad categorization that tends to accompany EDs.
