What exactly is the most excellent method to get rid of weight?

My diet plan would always consist of a lot of candies, butter with everything and, of course, carbohydrates. You probably wouldn't see anybody in the whole world who eats as incorrect as me. Sometimes I could eat only sweets for weeks and put on a lot of weight, or I would eat nothing to lose weight quickly. It has been always a fight between skinny me and fat me. However I'm sick of it. I would like to find out how to eat healthy to lose weight. I want to be healthy and look amazing every day, and not for one week. I only wish I could know the very best way to lose weight quickly. I can find a lot of information about getting rid of body weight on the Internet, but what is the best way? Can you say to me what things I need to do to lose weight?

I reccommend you eat macrobiotically: use fresh local produce,beans,whole grains,and nuts.Incoporate exercise YOU ENJOY into your every day life.Walk to the store.Get outside and into nature and interact with people more. It's not healthy to lose wight quickly-it damages your metabolism and throws off your whole body balance.


Be loving,patient,and kind to your body.Tell yourself you love yourself when you look in the mirror.Don't compare of criticize.We are so blessed to be alive,and appreciate and acknowledge all the beauty is within you.

Well You need to eat healthy foods which have less fat and low cholesterol. These are fruits, vegetables, nuts and dry fruits. Try to burn more calories and use less energy from foods. Do regular exercise for 30 mints. Drink more water and mostly 2 glasses before to eat any things.

Short High intensity exercise is in my opinion the most effective method for losing weight, this is largely in part due to hell well it boosts resting metabolism. A small calorie deficit can also be helpful but may not even be needed.

First of all, you need to cut down on your intake of sweets and carbohydrates since they are responsible for your weight gain. Join a gym to do cardiovascular exercises which is great in losing few pounds. Try to avoid an elevator and make use of stairs while walking in the building.


Even Green Tea has proven to be beneficial in losing some weight but consult a doctor before taking this.

Personally I like Jackie Warner's strength Training dvd's. Star Trainer is a great high intensity dance dvd. Kickboxing is always a great high intensity way to work out too.

Losing weight is primarily due to correct diet, then implementing routine exercise. Kepe it simple, eat tons of colors (meaning fruits and veggies), never drink calories (sodas, alcohol, designer coffee...) and move 30 minutes a day.

I believe there's only one efficient method: to get yourself in some sort of everyday body moving action, combined with less food stuffing...
