Raw/Vegan/Macro Caesar Salad

This salad is so easy, filling and delicious. With protein from the cashews and omega 3's it is great for you.

Hello Evan,

Try goat cheese and pear salad too. Put greens in a serving bowl or divide onto individual salad plates/bowls.Wash, core and slice the pear into ¼ inch slices and add to greens, ¼ pear per serving. Slice or crumble goat cheese and add to greens, about 2-3 oz. per serving. In a separate bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard and salt, if using. Slowly drizzle in the oil, while whisking to incorporate and emulsify. Garnish with a few tablespoons of Snack Mix per serving and dress with the vinaigrette only when ready to serve and enjoy.
