instead of milk for toddlers ??

Im just wondering what other vegans give there toddlers instead of milk, after they are one and not drinking formula, Im stopping the formula when my sons turns one, but would still like to give him a bottle... would like to hear what other people, and alicia what are you giving him... thanks!!
