I usually suggest about 1-2 cups of coffee per day but if you feel like you need more then you can try that.
Make sure you don't add Almased in your hot coffee.
How many cups of coffee a day do you drink?

Whilst stimulants like caffeine can seem attractive options for temporarily increasing energy, in the long run all they do is rob of the adrenal glands of their energy reserves. Adaptogenic herbs such as korean ginseng are good for a mild energy boost whilst supporting the adrenal glands.

I used to think I absolutely NEEDED coffee to start my day. About a year ago I switched to Green Tea but lately I've been trying to start my day with a large glass of ICE COLD lemon water! It seems to really help me wake up in the morning. I try to hold off on the green tea until around 10 or 11 if I NEED it and a lot of the time I feel I don't really need it. I definitely would recommend trying iced lemon water in the morning if you're trying to get off of caffeine! It's so refreshing!
