Warts are most likely on most peoples' lists right after cold sores for harmless skin growths they'd least like to have developing out of their bodies. And no, you do not get warts by touching toads. They are actually brought on by a virus called the human papillomavirus (HPV). The Mayo Clinic clarifies: "HPV stimulates the skin to attract and grow its own blood supply and nerves, which makes the wart very hearty and less likely to go away on its own."

You can typically expect warts to vanish in one to two years, but few individuals want to wait that long. But before you start putting liquid nitrogen on your hand, you may think about trying out a less expensive, less hazardous type of therapy. With nutritional supplements, you can make sure your whole body stays healthy.
