grr, after being vegan for about 7 months, then getting pregnant and basically going haywire on food for pregnancy and post pregnancy, lots of personal issues etc...I finally came back to the vegan world. Feels really great, I was feeling lots of energy etc. Anyways, I bought something yesterday that I had bought before returing to being a vegan without checking the label again. I saw the front that read dairy, gluten, soy free and got it without thinking. Well actually got it trying to calm my toddler down and find her something to do in the store. It's the Pamelas coconut oat chocolate bars. I read the label today to see if I could make them myself because they are so good. And they have eggs!!! I'm trying not to beat myself up or freak out and slide back into the world of meat eating. I know it's crazy and totally unhealthy(mind unhealthy) to think this way. I need to just brush it off and move on. Hey, more for my daughter (she won't mind a bit)
