Hi, I am traveling to the US in a weeks time and want to take healthy food with me but am not sure what is ok for customs as they seem pretty strict. I meam, am I allowed to have in my suitcase (checked in) home made raw balls with nuts, chia seeds, coconut and dried dates, and the lovely crispy cakes from Alicia's book made with brown rice syrup and puffed rice? Do I have to declare them? Dont want to go to the trouble and expense of making them only to have them removed. Thanks!
