My hubby and I are getting used to the super hero diet... We really liked the Quinoa with basil and pinenuts; I believe it is on page 224. I would recommend getting a Basil plant because it is much less expensive than continually buying fresh basil. Also, I think next time I am going to try it with the cashew alternative to pinenuts to mix it up a bit. Also, I imagine the Mochi dishes are delicious, but I haven't found it locally and will have to purchase them online.
