Hot On The Trail Of The Cinnamon Snail! (NJ/NYC)

General Tso's Haberno Apricot Glazed Seitan Sandwich with Arugula AND a creme brulee donut!!!
On my recent visit to the big apple, I got to sample the goods at the cinnamon snail. I got to eat at a lot of places in this fine city, but this was hands down the best that I ate in New York City. I'm not sure what it is with food on wheels. First Seabirds, then Union Street Eats opened in my fine city (Salt Lake City) and now Cinnamon Snail. I just wished that I got to make a second visit or for lunch. Oh, did I mention they have donuts. read the rest of the review and find pictures!:
