I've made some of the vegan nutella whom Alicia had put the recipe on her blog a few months ago... It was actually the second time, the first time I believe it was quite good, but this time I had a lot of problems, almost everything went wrong... In the end I believe there's too much vanilla and too much sugar, even if I put less than what the recipe asked for... It don't taste bad at all, but I figure it would be good mostly on some kind of cake or muffin, probably less on bread... I was just wondering if it need to be kept in the refrigerator, and if it can be kept more than two weeks, which seem quite short for something like chocolate who can be kept for months when not melted...
