As most of us encounter these people on a regular basis, in our direct circle or with casual encounters, i am happy to share an article by Kris Carr.

Thanks so much!!!

That was really helpful. Too bad I didn't read that before I met up with my friend, a recent med school grad, who thinks she knows everything about nutrition because she studied it in school, and still believes that animals are a part of our food chain, and that is just the way it is. I just kept saying that we shouldn't talk about it. It's like talking about politics and religion! I tried to offer some actual evidence and facts and she referred to it as my "opinion". haha I was like ... Ok, but that's not my opinion, that is from research I have done, books I have read (I told her about the China Study). She thinks because she studied to be a doctor, that she knows everything about nutrition. I just need to avoid it at all costs. Funny how she later complained of not going poo for 3 days, being aggitated, not sleeping well, being unhappy, wanting to lose weight...etc. haha Some people just don't wanna think about change, and she obviously didnt think I knew anything because I didn't study medicine... right... haha
