Frozen Strawberry Lemon 'Cheesecake'

This is my FAVORITE dessert! A 'cheesecake' made with soaked cashews. The crust is made from dates and almonds. Strawberries are in season right now :) I've used raw honey but vegans could substitute agave nectar.
