Garlic Scape Walnut Pesto with Braising Mix, Soy Curls, Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta and Lemon!
now, that's a mouth full! It's my second year having a CSA and one of the fun things is learning about new kinds of produce. This year garlic scapes showed up and I was flabbergasted.
