This made me re-think a few changes I need to make to my diet. How about you?

I never saw this list before. It does make you think twice about what you put into your body. Thanks for sharing :)

I'm familiar with this and have been researching it recently. Thanks for sharing this blog post. I was prescribed a medication and it caused major stomach problems including; acute acid reflux. Really bad experience and I'm still trying to recover. I don't know if I will ever fully recover, but, I'm learning about the Alkaline diet and clean eating. This experience has changed my whole approach to food and eating. I'm grateful to be a part of this community so that we can share and exchange knowledge.

P.S. if you suffer from acid reflux this Alkaline diet is supposed to be helpful

will take a look at list. Interesting to me too, am trying to eat more alkaline these days, and I am feeling better eating less and simplyfying my diet; ie fruit in mornings, raw salad at lunch, raw veg juice afternoon, wholegrain / quinoa / amaranth and raw and / or cooked veg at night; soaked nuts / seeds or olives with salad at lunch. My weak liver and pancreas seem to be responding slolwy. Plus I am doing some detox / cleansing work on my system which includes herbs. I still eat a bit too quickly, but am chewing food more thoroughly which helps digestion.
