So I've been struggling to be vegetarian for a few years (yes, I cheat sometimes!). This past week, my dad was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a fairly rare incurable cancer of the bone marrow. He chose to go with radiation and chemo (NOT my recommendation). As his only caregiver, I'm wondering how I can incorporate wholesome, healthy food into his cancer treatment regimine. Any ideas? He's uninsured, so as we struggle with finding housing, etc, I really want to keep him as healthy as possible through diet. Any thoughts are appriciated!!
