Sea vegetables are some of my favorite superfoods, they contain all the trace and ultra trace minerals which are hard to get in an average diet but very important for health.
Juicing Recipes
I think a grass-fed steak is probably the best superfood that I know of! All those quality fats and proteins.
I really like hemp, chia and flax seeds. They are fairly easy to obtain and can easily be added to a meal. Plus they are tasty :) I'd like to incorporate more super foods into my diet though. Oh and cacao is nice, I have really started to like dark chocolate since I dropped dairy.
