I was just wondering what everyone's favorite plant based/vegan protein powder was ?.

Sunwarrior Warrior Blend(Vanilla flavour although have not tried the Chocolate yet which i hear is good) is probably my favorite overall, although the Vega products are good also. Ignite Ultra-V is a fairly new product on the market and is probably the best tasting vegan protein powder ive tried so far, the chocolate mint is delicious.

Hemp protein powder i use alot, i quite like hemp being that it has a nice balanced fatty acid profile to compliment it. Although doesn't taste as good, but you can mask easily in green/fruit smoothie no problem.

I use Nutribiotic Vegan Rice Protein powder. I add it with some fruit and chia seeds in a blender. I would love to try Vega, but it is pricey!! Also, heard great things about Shakelology. - They have a vegan blend. Expensive also, though!

Lisa I agree with you on that rice protein, and it can be a bit expensive. I personally found this website that offers more of it for a better price. You get about twice as more than the other site and its only a few bucks more.http://shopproteinpowder.com/Nutribiotic-Vegan-Rice-Protein.html

I do use Vega and it IS pricey, but you get quality too. I usually get it on Amazon and only order it once a month.... I'll have to try some of the not so expensive ones that were mentioned!

Im just lving these products, I started of buying the meal replacement drink, then they bought out a new one that it chocolate flavor (the other one is vanilla). But the hemp and pea protein have got more protein per serving, like 19g per 28 -30g serving.

Thats really good in comparison with non vegan products. 30 g is usually the maximum you can get in a whey protein isolate.

The benfits I found from these product is that they also have a broad spectrum of food based nutrients in them, so not only is it protein but also a vitamin shot with full amino acid profile as well.

So all in all these have got to be my reccomendations for the best vegan protein powder on the market in the UK. I guess this forum is US based, but for all the Limies who see this got for it :)

Plant Fusion Protein Powder is my favorite! I make a protein smoothie every morning using Chocolate almond milk, chocolate Plant Fusion, peanut butter, and chia seeds. I use my Shake n Take blender and off to the gym ;)
