Headaches- Try foods rich in potassium and magnesium like bananas, avocados, almonds & various nuts, garlic and coconut water. Foods also rich in B complex vitamins reduce headaches including legumes, garlic, brocoli, and brussel sprouts. The smell of peppermint also helps greatly reduce the effects of tension headaches.
Stomach aches and Nausea- Ginger juice and powder relax stomach muscles and relieve stomach pains, it also reduces the feeling of nausea, and helps calm the feeling of vertigo. Teas like peppermint and camomille help relieve stomach problems as well by relaxing the muscles and soothing the ache.

Lastly foods like pomegranates, which increase nitric oxide production and decreases plaque in the arteries help keep arteries clear and healthy.
