Hi my name is Dayna and I am a fairly new gluten free vegan for a few months. I am having issues with how much to eat and am even over eating. I think I am worried that I am not getting all the nutrients. I have no idea how much I should be eating. What size should my meals be? How many servings per meal? How often should I be eating? Example I have for breakfast 1/4 cup rice porridge and piece of fruit, lunch small bowl of left overs and dinner varies with rice, beans and veggies. I am so confused. Please help me!!!
I don't know what area you live in but if Trader Joes is an option for you they provide a list of Gltuen Free products online as well as in the store if you ask for it. Same goes for vegan, vegetarian options as well.
