Hello everyone:) It has taken me a couple of years to get to grips with checking on this amazing site... nice to meet you all (or anyone who is reading!) I have been feeling the sense lately of being grateful - grateful for friends, family, rain, sun... whatever comes my way. A few years back I did an experiment to see how my body would fare with 30 days eating nothing but raw, fresh and living foods - I had a lot of people say that I was nuts etc (no pun intended!) and yet on day one, I listed all the foods I COULD eat - and I suddenly felt that I was the luckiest woman alive to have access to these incredible life-giving foods. How can I complain when I am surrounded by opportunities to choose fresh over packaged... I am not 100 per raw at all but a large proportion of my diet is - and I simply love Alicia's recipes in the Kind Diet, which is above all my fave recipe book! Anyway, I just thought I would share on being grateful - I feel inspired to look around me these days and thank God for what I have and not focus on what I don't have and it makes everything, even my diet much easier:) All the best xx
