ok so i am a hair dresser , i really struggle with my hair and being natural,chemical free.i really like highlights because i need a little pop to my hair . i am also very pressured to look a certin way at work. any natural suggestions on lighting the hair?
Unfortunately when it comes to highlighting hair you're having to use some kind of chemical. I am a hairdresser also. Aveda is a great, natural, plant derived, product, but unfortunately even their "enlightener" has some kind of chemical in it, just comes with the nature of bleach. They even carry facial products and makeup.
Hi Guys! My names Kim Im 21 and im also a hairdresser (Melb, Australia).
I have been in search for organic natural hair products but there doesn't seem to be a good market out there.
I have level 4 natural hair with 8 foils, i just left my hair for 1 week so I had oils on my scalp to protect, and the foils were put 2 cms from my roots, it look very nice and clients still say they want hair like mine, so i guess that's a great sign hehee.
