Remember that old video of Weird Al Yankovic's parody of MJ's "Beat It"? This goes out to him, because puns are fun and he's vegan, too! Maybe just as fun as Isa's Chopped competition, a special thanks for having it! This time I decided to face the ingredient that gave me this most difficulty and make it the star. When life hands you beets, make beet ice cream. Well, here's my results as well as the recipe if you wanna try to beet me!
