Adrenal fatigue: have to detox first??

Does anyone have experience with adrenal fatique? I am wondering if I have to detox before I start to rebuild?

I had/still have adrenal fatigue though I'm almost back to normal now I hope. My natropath had me on different herbs etc but also took me right off caffine of any sort and other stimulants. I am still off them and it's been over a year now ... it takes a while to get your system back-up and running. You should search other older posts on this as there were some really good ones about tips and things you should do ...
