lettuce wraps and cuban sweet potatoes

I made lettuce wraps (quinoa, black rice, onions, carrots, and garlic) with the cuban sweet potatoes from the book. Both were yummy!

I LOVE the Cuban sweet potatoes, have to try the lettuce wrap, it looks really yummy!
