hi,i am new to thekindlife. Alicia Silverstone was featured in Ahlan Magazine and said she was doing the kind life. i was kinda curious at first but when i read the blogs about healing i want to try it too. I want to have a kind life too. Eating kind foods, drinking kind drinks, saying kind words and thinking kind dreams. so i started my day being kind. i smiled kindly to everyone and they are all returning my smiles. i eat vegetables and fruits all day. that's how i get to know thekindlife.
i am looking for Alicia's book but can't find it here. anyone know where i can find The Kind Diet in Dubai? Thanks!
