Hi everyone-I've already posted one message but never heard from anyone so I'm thinking maybe I posted it in the wrong section. Would love to hear from other fellow vegans. Glad to be part of the forum. Thanks.
Welcome Sue!!!!! Good for you. I have been a work in progress myself, and finally am full vegan. I feels so good, but it dose take some work. I feel the animals and our helath both need it and it's the best decision I ever made. You will not regret it.
Again-welcome. This is a great site with lots of info and support.
