Psoriatic Arthritis - same good effects from superhero diet?

Hi

I'm Amy! Nice to meet you all! I was diagnosed with PA 18 months ago and I'm on methotrexate, salazapyrin and folic acid. I'm a veggie who wants to go vegan - but living in Ireland it's a little tricky! But I've just bought Alicia's book and I'm excited to get started when it arrives.

I have been reading all of the posts on the forum around autoimmune diseases and I've been really encouraged to hear so many success stories and improvements for others suffering from these horrible diseases.

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience/improvement on the vegan or superhero diet for PA? I've read a few books in the last year and some seem to say that PA has much less success with dietary changes than RA. I'm really hoping that's not true!

Anyway, lovely to meet you all! I'm looking forward to hanging out with ye over the web in the future!
