well, I'm not sure what it is with mobile cuisine as well as the what's in the salt lake water, because we have yet another 100% plant based cart, Rambling Rose Cafe. Veg News even declared Salt Lake as a more vegan friendly as Austin. This mobile camper is one of the reasons. They tend to focus on healthy vegan food, often offering one raw dish, but still delicious! Check out the review and find out how to locate Rose, as she's known to wander!
