Hello Everyone!
I'm currently writing a vampire/werewolf series, and, coming through this all, I'm finding myself more opposed to a meat diet. I was a vegetarian years ago (only because I was I bulimic and had trouble eating meat when I started recovering). I lost a great amount of weight and have been "craving" a light diet since giving birth to my son in June. I'm pursuing a dancer's workout, while writing (my blog is: http://solsticeseries.wordpress.com ). Have fun checking out the first few chapters of my first novel! I love you all and best wishes to you all! Brightest Blessings! Gina Gonzales :)
Hello I need some help. I am new to this. I was 278 when I went into my doctors about 2 months ago. I started walking the dogs everyday and really not eating much meat at all. I'm really not prefereable to meat and I don't fish, the mount carmel thing. :) I am finding that since I have eaten less meat I have had less dissy spells and since I've been walking the dogs the exercise has helped alot especially the two a days. So I went in to my doctors about two weeks ago and I was 252. Since about three weeks ago I have switched to an all liquid slushy fruit diet. I can't get enough of these fruit slushies but the frozen fruit is expensive. There have been less dog walking days and more frozen fruit slushies but still have been out walking a bit. I think I'm about 245 now but would not be surprised if I lost less. I drink a lot o slushies a day. I might have some popcorn or a poptart some times or something to snack on but not meat, chicken or fish almost entireely a liquid diet. I love em. I want to be more vegan but I don't have a whole foods store by me and the regular stores are limited in their choices and its pricey. I'd pay 3 bucks for a quart of rice milk. Prolly tastes better than fat free milk but you get a lot more for your buck. I'm using skim milk now. I'm not certain but what can and can't a vegan eat because I was thinking of even making vegetable smoothies or freezies. The smores recipe looked good but there were so many substitutes that were irregular that I wouldn't know what to switch them with. Why can't you eat honey also? Someone help I need some feedback and positive reinforcement here. I could probably last a year on this liquid diet but I'm feeling like I need more sustainence in my belly. I had the lap bad bariatric surgery put in about four years ago dropped down to 200 and went all the way up to 278. So I have to get a small fill put in to tighten the band but man I hardly eat anything now could be my thyroid just had blood drawn for that. It's hard I have to admit. I need some kind support. This bunko 245 is really getting on my nerves. So some sit ups should do more but am kinda boggld at where to go from here, any suggestions anyone?
