Back on here after while.... I live in Redondo Beach and I've made a lot of changes in my life and lost about 20 lbs in a year from small changes. I'm trying to take more steps towards a healthier lifestyle and be proud of my choices.
I was wondering if anybody has had trouble transitioning and keeping to a diet or lifestyle because of a partner? It seems like my boyfriend's idea of a meal is a slab of meat... how can I change his mind and his plate? I try to make things he would like, but he won't even try them! Any suggestions?
