I find breakfast the toughest meal.
Today I ate: oatmeal cooked with an apple and peach and cooked in soy milk, with t Tbs hemp hearts and 1 tsp chia seeds, cinnamon and brown sugar.
However I am still hungry.
Try an Ezekiel English muffin topped with a nut butter, unsweetened fruit spread or a little rice syrup and some flax seeds. Might be more filling. Or maybe scrambled tofu with veggies. http://veganamericanprincess.com
I make a smoothie with a banana,filtered water,frozen blueberries and Sun Warrior protein powder...16 grams of protein,32% of daily protein intake done! If there's coconut water I add it too,yum.Just had a mid morning drink of maca,raw cacao,coconut oil and agave yum.
