HI! I've been a vegetarian for three years and i've been wanting to go vegan for quite some time. However, im hesitant to go vegan because of the limited vegan options we have here (e.g. the only plant based milk we have in groceries is soy milk). Thus, i'm wondering if there are vegans here from the Philippines so that i can ask for tips as to where to shop. Also, it would be nice if i have a support group so that i can finally transition to being vegan. thanks. :)
