Hey there all! I was reading the Oh She Glows website and got a hankering to make some patties of my own.I used lentils and brown rice,shredded carrots,Italian seasoning,turmeric and nutritional yeast.Cook the lentils and rice,and put in food processor with spices,and some water;blend.Mix with shredded carrots.Roll into balls in nutritional yeast,and cook in pan on medium heat on each side till crispy.Serve with fruit sweetened ketchup,avocado,and salad.So delicious! Enjoy!
