I am not currently veggie but have been in the past. I had bloodwork done and found I have high iron levels. I cook w cast iron skillet. I have stopped using it. I also have adrenal fatigue. Question is should I go back to veggie diet.( kinda sounds like a silly question as I ask it) any comments would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't think it's a silly question at all. I've been struggling with the opposite problem. I had very low iron levels as well as many other vitamin deficencies. Much of this had to do with my inability to get all of the necessary nutrients from my foods. I believe you should speak with your doctor about the pros and the cons of and a veggie diet. I think because your iron levels were too high a veggie diet wouldn't hurt you, but, I'm not a DR. Good luck with this.
